Put on the science officers robe. Mr Ash is wanting out, light is pretty much gone now, have my headlamp. Ash dose his show and wants back in. Finished off the sweep, water yard and chickens. Got 7 eggs this morning.
The Creeper's dungeon is needed! I started off walking the treadmill for 10 min to a slow jog for an other 25 minutes. Started to tighten up. Transitioning to the floor I took my time and stretching out every angle on my legs. Stretch out my back really well. Finished off with my old school standard stretches..It is going to be a rougher than normal day legs are very sore this morning. As customary now on rest days I normally do some push up's and pull up's. So to start, on my bench I do my Creeper stretches. Letting weight hang in my hand rotating in a small circles. Let it pull on everything in the shoulder. At 30 lbs. Switched out and do both sides. Doing 4 or 5 sets of this helps let the tension out of the shoulders.
Since doing the shoulder stretches I have not had any hitching in them.

* Then set up with yoga blocks and did 20 push up's. Everything seems smooth and controlled. Did 15 mores a slow and controlled descent and a strong acceleration out of the hole.

* Pull up's – today, the belt again with 25 lbs. And was able to do 5 pretty easily. Took a rest and... pull off 5 more. Rest.... 8 more... 5x2 and set 3 at 9 stall with 25lb plate.

* I started doing what I call goose curls/ Creeper Curl. If you know how to do a normal curl. Rotating wrist down to the ground. 20lbs. Keep wrist bent. Curl up letting the bar sit in the hook of the fingers and curl up allowing the wrist to be pulled down as you curl up to 80% or so. You do this right all forearms. 10 reps X 5 sets. = Freak forearms

AUG 26/2026

• Hadi Choopan officially out

With Hadi Choopan officially out of the 2026 Mr. Olympia, the Men's Open division has been thrown into complete chaos, instantly shifting the podium landscape and title dynamics.
As a consistent top-two finisher and former champion, his forced exit due to travel restrictions entirely resets the battle for the Sandow trophy.

• Direct impact on the title race

• Sandow hierarchy reset: One of the two “locked” podium spots is gone, forcing judges to reframe the entire pecking order.
• The Lunsford vs. Choopan era pauses: The defining rivalry of recent Olympias is on hold. Defending champion Derek Lunsford loses his primary foil, changing the pacing, callouts, and pressure on the pre-judging stage.
• A wide-open top 3: With Choopan vacating a guaranteed podium spot, room has opened up for elite contenders to push into the top three, drastically increasing the stakes for the rest of the lineup.
• Callout chaos: First and second callouts become far less predictable—expect more rotation, more comparisons, and more risk for “established” names.

• Who gains the most momentum?
• Nick Walker – “The Mutant”:
Nick Walker becomes an immediate massive beneficiary. Having already battled Choopan fiercely this season, Walker’s freaky mass and graininess now position him as a terrifying direct threat to Derek Lunsford.

• Martin Fitzwater – dark horse elevation:
Martin Fitzwater, coming off an incredibly strong year, moves up a peg in the theoretical top-tier rankings. With one less unmovable object in the lineup, his lethal combination of conditioning and structure could easily land him in the final callout.

• Andrew Jacked & Samson Dauda – tall aesthetics, Mass monsters?
Andrew Jacked and Samson Dauda gain a massive structural advantage. Choopan's dense, compact powerhouse look often made taller athletes struggle with relative thickness in side-by-side callouts. Without him, the judges may lean heavily into the prettier, sweeping lines of the taller competitors.

• Bubble guys now live:
Label: Athletes previously fighting for 4th–7th (Regan, Krizo, etc.) now have a mathematically real path to a surprise podium if they nail conditioning and timing.

The 2026 Olympia will lack the intense crowd energy typically generated by the massive fanbase of "The Persian Wolf". However, the unpredictable nature of an open field makes the event highly competitive, as athletes who previously fought for 4th or 5th place now see a viable path to the ultimate title.

?TEAM USP — (Creeper’s Thoughts)

This isn’t just a withdrawal, it’s a hard reset of the Men’s Open storyline. The Sandow just went from a two-man tug-of-war to a full-on riot, and every serious contender knows it. If Derek shows up off by even 3–4%, the door swings wide for Nick, Samson, Andrew, or a completely unexpected assassin to steal the year.

Gear beamed aboard, throw the science officers robe back on to finish the perimeter sweep, no need to water the yard we have had monsoon come in. We were talking about this Mobster. Collect buttnuggets, 8 anabolic beautiful buttnuggys this morning. I hit the Creeper dungeon Turned on gangster rap mix. (I have been listening to EVO on the way to work) Started on the treadmill walking for 10 then bump it up to the jog hitting the target zone for 25 minutes. Start doing my yoga stretches getting everything loose and limber. So far feeling well. No major hitch in the giddy-up. So into work, started off with my Creeper stretches slow circles with a 30 lb dumbbell on the bench at an angle to let the weight pull on the shoulders and warm. Set up warm up sets.

* 193.8 this morning
* 7hr 20min sleep. Cpap in use. This guy is getting run down. Didn't feel like enough today. Still way better than normal.

*WORK SETS

• Dumbbell Bench Press 12–18 reps × 5 sets @ 90 lbs per the voice.
12 clean reps, locked‑in form, chest tight and squeezed hard I focus from deep stretch the weight just hanging on the pecks. From the bottom acceleration increases out of the hole to the top. To a center convergence. Slowing down to imagine and feeling squeezing the chest as tight as you can before locking up. On set 3 dropped back to 9 and 8 stalling into some partials to dropping the dumbbells. Added 10 lbs per side. ? knocked off some reps. Wouldn't like to go to complete failure. But stupid job is keeping me from fuck you mode.

• Incline Dumbbell Flyes — 15°
10–15 reps × 4 sets 15lbs. Full stretch, slow squeeze. 15 reps on set 1. On set 2 did 14, then 13 on the rest of the sets. We stay even. I focused on keeping tempo in time. Then on the decent slow and controlled pause at maximum stretch. Feeling it pull on the chest open up really getting deep on the arms with a small bend at the elbows. I try and exhale slowly coming down letting gravity pull it open.
Man oh man I can feel this a bit shaky through all sets!

• Triceps Rope extensions Overhead — 60 lbs.
10–15 reps × 4 sets
Focused, feeling the contractions from top to bottom, keeping the pace. To keep time under tension. On the retraction movement I slow the movement to bring tension to max stretch then an accelerated movement up. On a 2 and 4 count on the movements. Set 3 hit 14, then 13. We added 10 lbs and to stay even with reps.

• Cable Lateral Raises
12–18 reps × 5 sets, 14 reps done instead.
Cross‑cable setup we are at 10lbs. Controlled in tempo. Adjusting stance to hit all the fibers in the shoulders by being forward, neutral and behind. And didn't seem to bother any. We added reps. I do say it was burning good. I want to go up in weight, but this seems to be the one I get hurt in the most. We stay even with higher reps.

• Seated Overhead Dumbbell Press (Arnold Press)
8–12 reps × 5 sets
Bench nearly vertical, 30 lbs up and all sets at 12 reps, nothing seems to be hitching in the movement. This felt really good. Still shaking. The press is really lighting me up.

* Extra sets Pull-Ups & Push-ups
Starting of with 15 push up's on the foam blocks. Jumping straight into pull up's got 15, back to the floor for 15 push up's. Straight back to the pull up bar for 15 stalled out in push up's at 5 and pull ups at 7. Super set finish. ? I can feel my heartbeat in my pecs again. I laid on the floor kinda giggling. Not sure why this is fun. But sure is reward in some weird way.
Not sure if this would be aloud in planet fit-in-daass. Get the crazy bus called for me.
???

* Then more Creeper stretches. Catch my breath.... shoulder did feel tight on left side.

• DAILY FUEL BREAKDOWN
- Calories: 4,400—4,750
- Protein: ~400–450 added protein powder to everything
- Carbs: ~460–480g
- Fat: ~100–130g
- Sodium: ~4,800–5,800mg
- Meals: 6 total
- I blender up 4 cups of cooked rice with water till very smooth

* Notes of the Day
I have to work Saturday, lame... but its all good, I got bills to pay, kids that cost a lot. And a wife I like to spoil. Just kinda wish it started early. Not at 9, I am already into lunch stuff at this time. Then till 2pm. We will see what I can hammer out in between oil change stuff.
So like I was saying, we are getting this stuff falling out of the sky it gets stuff wet!
Monsoon has set in for a few days anyway. Much needed off switch of the heat. So its really nice to have humidity in the air. And the state getting water. Some flooding and landslides will happen but small price to pay for the water that everyone needs here so badly.

Headed to the Creeper dungeon. Did yoga for 30 minutes stretch out very deep before getting on the treadmill for 30 minutes. Did a few minutes of work on my shoulders in the Creeper's stretch then set up for warm up sets. Turned on some heavy metal this morning. Just not too loud. Finished off with my old school stretches.

* 194.0 This morning
* 7.75 hrs sleep with Cpap. Good score on sleep numbers.

• WORK SETS —

• Bent‑Over Barbell Rows (Bar 45lbs)
115 lbs total — 15, 15, 15
Back locked in place, bar path clean and planned. Feeling very easy to move, it felt so good to put a big squeeze in. Everything is feeling synchronized quickly in the back, upper/mid traps. I keep tempo and rhythm timed. Keeping everything in check you get the most out of this. Still feel the burn in the lats by rep 15 on the first set. Find the target angle to hit the group of muscle you want to work and stay locked. The added 20 is really hitting good!

• Lat Pulldowns 12 sets ( shoulder width + Unilateral) 25-15 reps.
100 on the stack, 50 for uni.
Shoulder‑to‑narrow rotation for 25 reps. Take 60 seconds, Taking the time here is key to push the reps up. Keep the plan. Set 5 was a push and ground out the 25. set 6 at 18 I was fatiguing hard keep breathing under control and focused on this last 14. Took 5 minutes to recover.
Unilateral rounds push for 25 on each side for 6 sets. Uni got 25 reps on all but the last 2 were much more challenging and had to really dig deep to 23 and 22. Had to take a few minutes to recover, felt a bit sick again. We did get 2 more reps.

• Seated Cable Rows
100lbs 3 x sets — 15, 15, 15
Full resets, tight pulls, 90‑second resets were mandatory. Form is smooth. upper & mid traps. Slow and controlled. Thinking about the sweep from head high to hip, keeping the line straight in the movement. You will feel the load shifting out of the arms into the lats, as the shoulder blades rotating around the ribs, then into mid back under squeeze. Back and lats are working harder than normal. Adding the weight on barbell rows is having a lasting effect with
pushing reps on pull downs.

• Face Pulls
30 lbs. 25 reps x 3 sets
Rear delts take the hit. This is feeling good. Letting the weight pull out my arms. You can feel the shoulder blades rotating out and over then pulling together in middle of the spine. I hit 25, 24, 23. We lost 2 reps. Back is thrashed!

• Standing Cable Curls
60 lbs
Set 1–6 strong eccentric pull, then a very slow decent on a 4 count.
Arms are always happy to do this. Tension kept on each arm for a set. This is done in a way – hard pull up...slow on the way down. This is the shaper or the bi's peak. I enjoy dumbbells. But the tension is here constant. Get into the deep stretch on this, where the arm is behind you a bit. 12 x 4 and 10 x 2 for the sets.

• Pullovers
80 lb dumbbell — 3×20
Sideways on the bench, letting gravity peel you open. Nothing uncomfortable in this loaded. Disciplined and controlled movements. Arch the back up in extended flattening out bringing it up. This is more than a lat movement. It builds core and deep on the tri's. And dam, it felt good today.

• Extra sets, Creeper curl
60 seconds between sets. Hand pronation away from you. Letting the wrist bend coming up and flattening out on the way down.
Slow and controlled on the first 5, quicker on the second 5 to really pump the blood in.
15 lbs x 4 sets. Hit 10 reps for all 4. This is the finisher for the bi's and forearms.

• Pull up's, I did 5, with the belt and 25 lbs.I rested a minute and I tried and got 2 more. Thats a good day. Time to eat!!! Get ready to go!

*DAILY FUEL BREAKDOWN
- Total Calories: 3,800~4,200
- Total Protein: 400-420
- Total Carbs: ~460–480g
- Total Fat: ~75–110g
- Total Sodium: ~3,800–4,400mg
- Had a table spoon of honey pre workout
- been adding extra protein powder to shakes.

• OVERALL NOTES
The day ended up pretty chill overall. Had 3 oil changes to do catch up on one big project. Stupid aftermarket tire sensors will not read right so I will need to re-do 6 tires. But in totals from 0900 to 1400 turned in 13.6 hrs. Still clipped off 11k steps at work. But temps and rain are looming around. So nice not feeling the sun has a personal score to settle against me, trying to scrub my existence from earth and vaporize me every time I am outside. Different areas are getting hit on burn scars with rain bring mud and debris, multiple areas on my trek to work had mud on the road. I travel one bigger canyon that I always worries about it has rocks just balanced on percarious perches that could stick me home or in GJ where I work, for a long time if they come down.

? MEN’S OPEN SHAKE-UP

Hadi Choopan OUT of 2026 Mr. Olympia
Hadi is officially out of the 2026 Mr. Olympia due to severe visa issues, ending his run as a guaranteed top threat and blowing the Men’s Open title race wide open.

Coach / Future Plans
His camp confirms the focus is shifting toward a full reset and a big-stage comeback in 2027, with early talk around a major Arnold Classic push.

• COMPETITION RESULTS & STAGE DRAMA

CAC Championships — Guatemala
Guyana’s national team walks away with five medals, highlighted by Jeffrey taking gold in Men’s Physique and putting Guyana firmly on the regional map.

Oklahoma Showdown of Champions
Jasmine Gonzalez wins the main Bikini title over Marie-Eve Duchesneau. Holly Baxter locks down the Oklahoma Natural Championships overall, giving the weekend a split spotlight between enhanced and natural stages.

Austrian Oak Pro — Men’s Open
Regan Grimes secures his Olympia qualification with the win in Men’s Open. The show turns chaotic when Michael Daboul throws an on-stage tantrum and refuses photos after landing in third behind Zhivko Petkov.

? 2026 MR. OLYMPIA PREP — 4–5 WEEKS OUT

Derek Lunsford
Drops a heavy shoulder session video and talks openly about creating separation now that one major rival is off the board.

Nick Walker
Releases a full breakdown of his prep diet, tight macros, locked-in sodium, and zero slack as he heads into his fourth Olympia appearance.

Phil Heath’s Call
Phil says Nick Walker has the tools to win this year, while questioning whether Samson Dauda can bring back full, round muscle in time.

Field Dynamics Without Hadi
With Choopan gone, the pressure spikes on Derek, Jacked, Nick, and Samson, and opens more room for climbers like Regan Grimes and James Hollingshead to crash the top spots. With another freak lurking as a top threat Križo could really change things up.

• UPCOMING EVENTS

NPC North American Championships — Pittsburgh
Running September 2–5, opening IFBB Pro card opportunities for top athletes from the US, Canada, and Mexico.

ProMuscle Italy Pro — First 2027 Olympia Qualifier
Takes place September 5–6 in Milan, Italy. With the 2026 Olympia qualification window closed, this becomes the first official qualifying event for the 2027 Mr. Olympia. Winners in Men’s Open, Men’s Physique, and Bikini lock in the earliest 2027 Olympia spots.

• PROMUSCLE ITALY PRO — MEN’S OPEN ROSTER SNAPSHOT

Key Names
Regan Grimes, James Hollingshead, Sasan “Sasha” Heirati.

Full Men’s Open Lineup
Lewis Blackmore, Lewis Breed, Tim Budesheim, Roberto Buonomo, Stanimir Etov, Patrik Galimski, Regan Grimes, Sasan Heirati, James Hollingshead, Matthias Hollweck, Furkan Kaplancan, Damian Kuffel, Josef Kveton, Harry Lehner, Maciej Nabaglo, Emir Omeragic, Dario Paolozzi, Joan Pradells Martinez, Andrea Presti, Jan Turek.

? TEAM USP — (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)

Hadi’s exit turns the 2026 Olympia into a straight-up war between Derek and Nick, with Samson in that conversation and is bringing the mass no one has seen in a long time. Hungry climbers like Regan and Hollingshead suddenly looking a lot more dangerous for where they place now.
Meanwhile, Milan becomes the first real battlefield for 2027. Whoever wins Men’s Open there isn’t just “qualified,” they’re planting the first flag for the next Olympia season before Vegas even goes down.
