@Noah Wixx Still a lot of things that you can do to improve on yourself, even with an injury. I think it's a good learning experience. It makes you appreciate when you are healthy.

@Phill that's a good little workout you put together buddy. Hamstrings and glutes are not an easy training session. They really take a lot out of you.

@Noah Wixx N2guard is good stuff. a lot of people don't realize how many ingredients and what is in the formula. it was put together for serious bodybuilders for a reason
