15 MG of each. I haven't used sarms in about 5-6 years and went with powder this time around for the price. I made that decision and purchase before I thought about how I would consume it 😅

I'm so happy I found this thread 😅 I tried just dumping powder down the hatch and chasing with water but WOW that was rough! Anyways I just put my mk677 and mk2866 into my protein shake and this is so much better. Not sure if almond milk would be some type of issue? I used water this time just...
